ARDEN COURT is a small family run licensed hotel, which is ideally situated opposite the beautiful Torwood Gardens. The Hotel is just a short walk from the harbour side and the Fleet walk Shopping Precinct.

We are open all year round, and in addition we offer one week coach holiday bargains, special 3 and 4 day breaks etc .... please phone for details..

There is plenty to do in Torbay and the surrounding area for the young and old. Theatres, Shopping, Bowling, Nightclubs, Coastal Walks, Windsurfing, Sailing and Boat trips are a few of the many facilities on offer.

The Hotel has 10 rooms, which include singles, doubles and Family rooms most of which are En-suite. There is a large dinning area where home cooked food is on offer, and a licensed Bar with Beer and Lager on tap.

CHARTERED DEEP SEA FISHING

The Hotel provides accommodation for sea and course fishing anglers with early breakfasts, packed lunches and freezer space for catches. Chartered Deep Sea fishing operates from Torquay Harbour on local boats "Jubrae" skippered by Geoff Taylor (01803 213866) website: www.torbaycharters.co.uk and Dalora skippered by Kevin Tate( 01626 776606) website: http://www.dalora.co.uk

The hotel can also arrange outdoor activities breaks at the local adventure centre, including clay shooting, paintball, quad bikes, assault course, archery, lake fishing, this is designed for team building and leadership or just for groups like hen and stag parties etc.

The English Riviera’s Beaches are the best in Britain. Torbay (The English Riviera) offers a variety of beaches from Torquay to Paignton to Brixham and Goodrington Sands all of them are easily accessible by car and public transport with the majority of buses running from the Harbour side on the Strand.

The choice of water sports available is almost endless, and when the weather is not good there is also the Riviera Centre that boasts a fantastic leisure pool complete with wave machine and flumes it also offers a great variety of sports

Boat trips are available from the Harbour throughout the summer season.

These range from trips across the bay to Brixham, and trips up the scenic River Dart. Fishing trips are also available from the Harbour.

Extensive ranges of coach trips are available throughout most of the year.

If you enjoy walking The South West Peninsular Coast Path passes close by and there are many delightful coastal and moorland walks, which are well signposted.

WHERE ARE WE?

Torquay is easily located; it is situated in the South-West of England in the County of Devon. If you are travelling by Motorway the M 5 will take you to Exeter and the route into Torquay is along the A380 and the A3022.

If you are travelling by train then there are two stations in Torquay, Torre station and Torquay station. The latter is situated on the sea front.
